Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the IoTZen platform and related solutions (ZenDMS, ZenCORE, ZenWMS, ZenFleet, ZenFace, ZenAi, ZenKey and Zen i-Bay) provided by ZenDynamix. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the platform
IoTZen is provided as a configurable software platform. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with any subscription or master services agreement executed between you and ZenDynamix. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for the devices, sensors and systems you integrate.
2. Accounts & access
Access is granted on a role-based basis. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity that occurs under your organization's accounts. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of ZenDynamix. Your operational data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it and deliver the service.
4. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and performant, but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and service levels, where applicable, are described in your agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenDynamix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZenDynamix collects, uses and protects information in connection with the IoTZen platform and this website.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, company and message when you contact us or request a demo — and operational data your organization connects to the platform. We also collect basic technical information (such as device and usage data) to operate and secure the service.
